1. About SearchISO

SearchISO is an educational search and discovery platform designed to help visitors find worksheets, printable activities, free samples, and related educational resources.

Resources may be created by SearchISO, contributed by independent educational creators, or connected to external stores and platforms. SearchISO may organize resources using subjects, grades, topics, tags, ratings, and other relevant information.

2. Using SearchISO

You may use SearchISO for lawful educational, informational, and personal purposes. You agree not to use the website in a way that interferes with its operation, compromises its security, abuses interactive features, or violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

Automated attempts to manipulate ratings, download statistics, search results, or other platform signals may be blocked or removed.

3. Worksheets and Educational Resources

SearchISO provides access to educational worksheets and may also help visitors discover larger resources such as workbooks, activity packs, educational books, or other digital products.

A worksheet available through SearchISO may be a standalone resource or a free sample from a larger resource. Availability of a free sample does not necessarily grant rights to copy, redistribute, resell, modify, or commercially exploit the complete resource.

4. Creator Contributions

SearchISO may allow educational creators, publishers, or resource owners to submit worksheets or sample pages for consideration.

By submitting a contribution, you represent that you own the submitted material or otherwise have the necessary rights and permissions to submit it and allow SearchISO to display, organize, promote, and make the accepted sample available through the platform as applicable.

You remain responsible for the accuracy of information you provide about your resource, including its title, creator information, store links, ownership, and any applicable usage rights.

5. Review and Acceptance of Contributions

Submission does not guarantee publication. SearchISO may review, accept, reject, edit, categorize, or remove a contribution when reasonably necessary for quality, relevance, safety, presentation, or platform management.

SearchISO may edit listing information such as titles, descriptions, categories, topics, tags, and internal search information without changing the underlying educational content of the submitted file.

6. Creator Attribution

Accepted contributed resources may display attribution such as the creator’s name, store name, or a link to the creator or complete resource.

Attribution does not mean that SearchISO endorses, employs, represents, or has a partnership with a creator unless such a relationship is explicitly stated.

7. Ratings and Resource Ranking

SearchISO may provide a rating system that allows visitors to rate individual worksheets. Aggregate ratings may be used as one factor in determining how resources are ordered or displayed.

SearchISO may also use additional signals when organizing search results and collections. A particular rating or position is not guaranteed and may change as new interactions, resources, or ranking methods are introduced.

Manipulation of ratings or other platform signals is prohibited.

8. Downloads and File Availability

Worksheet files may be hosted by SearchISO or through third-party storage or delivery services. We aim to maintain useful and accessible resource links but cannot guarantee that every file or external link will remain continuously available.

SearchISO may update, replace, disable, or remove links or resources when necessary.

9. External Resources and Third-Party Websites

SearchISO may link to creator websites, educational marketplaces, digital-product platforms, file-hosting services, or other third-party websites.

When you follow an external link, any purchase, download, account, payment, refund, subscription, or other transaction takes place under the terms and policies of that third party.

SearchISO does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their availability, content, pricing, payment processing, fulfillment, privacy practices, or terms.

10. Affiliate Links

Some links to complete resources or third-party products may be affiliate links. SearchISO may receive a commission when a visitor follows an eligible affiliate link and completes a qualifying transaction.

Affiliate relationships do not give SearchISO ownership of the external product and do not make SearchISO the seller of a product unless explicitly stated otherwise.

11. Purchases from External Sellers

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, SearchISO does not process payments for resources sold on external platforms.

Questions concerning a purchase, payment, refund, license, delivery, or customer support for an externally sold resource should be directed to the relevant seller or platform.

12. Intellectual Property

The SearchISO name, branding, original website content, interface elements, and other materials created specifically for SearchISO are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

Worksheets, books, illustrations, trademarks, store names, and other materials belonging to independent creators or third parties remain the property of their respective rights holders.

Nothing on SearchISO transfers ownership of third-party intellectual property to SearchISO or to website visitors.

13. Copyright Concerns

We aim to respect the rights of educational creators and other copyright owners. If you believe that material available through SearchISO infringes rights you own or represent, please contact us with enough information to identify the resource and explain your concern.

SearchISO may review, restrict, or remove disputed material while a legitimate rights concern is being evaluated.

14. Accuracy and Educational Use

We work to present useful information about educational resources, but SearchISO does not guarantee that every worksheet, description, answer, classification, external resource, or other item will always be complete, accurate, error-free, or appropriate for every learner or educational setting.

Teachers, parents, and other responsible adults should review educational materials and determine whether they are suitable for their intended use.

15. Availability and Changes to the Service

SearchISO may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue website features, resource listings, ranking methods, contribution tools, or other parts of the service.

Continuous or uninterrupted availability of the website or any individual resource is not guaranteed.

16. Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SearchISO is not responsible for losses or damages arising solely from third-party websites, external products, unavailable files, creator-supplied information, or decisions made based on educational resources discovered through the platform.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

17. Privacy

Use of SearchISO is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be processed when you search, rate worksheets, submit contributions, follow links, or interact with website features.

18. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as SearchISO develops, new features are introduced, or legal and operational requirements change.

The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised when meaningful changes are made. Continued use of SearchISO after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
